Wyatt Grayson
Wyatt is originally from Detroit, Michigan. He enjoyed some success with several Michigan-based bands during the late ’60’s to early 70’s, The Zoo, Saginaw, and The Gilmour Bros. His song ‘Walkin’ In The Country,’ recorded by The Zoo, topped the local charts. A co-write, ‘Prayer,’ recorded by Saginaw, also received air play. Wyatt then toured with the Gilmour Bros. throughout the midwestern and eastern U.S. and Ontario, Canada, recording three albums during the period 1974-1987.
Two of his songs, ‘Soldier of Fortune,’ and ‘A Basket Of Eggs,’ are featured. He then left the U.S. for a series of overseas tours with the U.S. government lasting 28 years until 2015, while continuing to write. For the past six years, Wyatt’s catalog of songs has been represented by Perfect Pitch Nashville, 30 Music Square West, Ste. 103, Nashville, TN. Wyatt’s song, ‘Semper Fi,’ was recently featured on an EP released by up and coming Nashville artist Curt Stacy. Wyatt currently resides in Harpers Ferry, WV.
